Volunteer ADULT PARENT Coach/Team Coordinator Roles:
HEAD COACH: If you can swing it - we need you. You'd like to manage coaching and team communications.
HEAD COACH: But would like a Team Coordinator to handle team communications.
CO-COACH: Can't make the solo commitment? Share coaching responsibilities and have a backup.
ASSISTANT COACH: You can help but need another coach to take the lead.
TEAM COORDINATOR: Keep everyone informed... send email communications to the team.
SIDELINE MANAGER- You can handle getting the players ready to go in and manage playing time

Paid COACHES/PRESCHOOL INSTRUCTORS
Are you enthusiastic and like working with little kids ages 2.5 – 4.5 year-olds? We are seeking trainers/instructors for the Bitty Blitzers and Little Snappers programs. We will train you and you will work with some of our other coaches. This is a PAID position and again, we can work with your referee or volunteer coaching schedule if you choose to do more than one options listed on this page.

Paid REFEREES
Training consists of on-field training that will happen during the two weeks prior to the start of the season. Training is not paid, but as soon as you feel comfortable refereeing alone, you will be paid per game. 2-4 games will usually be scheduled back to back. Games are at North Hills Middle School on Saturdays, and Seaholm HS on Sundays. There is a lot of flexibility when scheduling. You can work both days, only certain weeks at certain times, etc. Must be in or above 8th Grade. (PAID)

STUDENT VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
STUDENT COACH
You are an 8th-12th grade student who would like to pair up with your friends and co-coach a team together! High School students can volunteer to coach and gain community service hours this upcoming season! Occasionally there are teams where no parents sign up. You will create a practice plan and playbook, instruct, and coach during practices and games throughout the season on Saturdays in Bloomfield Hills or Sundays in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain future employment references as well as learning leadership skills. (VOLUNTEER)

JUNIOR REFEREE
Are you a middle school student and interested in becoming a referee? This is a perfect way to start! You will be paired up and work along side an experienced referee who will train you, earning valuable practical skills and work experience. (VOLUNTEER)
