Are you enthusiastic and like working with little kids ages 2.5 – 4.5 year-olds? We are seeking trainers/instructors for the Bitty Blitzers and Little Snappers programs. We will train you and you will work with some of our other coaches. This is a PAID position and again, we can work with your referee schedule.
Are you interested in being a Coach/Instructor/facilitator for kid's birthday parties? They are usually 1.5 hours and you do not need to commit up front so it's extrenely flexible and great for busy students!

We are looking for both adult referees as well as new referees in-training. This is a paid position. We do the training, and you do the gaming. Referees must attend two unpaid pre-season training sessions. You can also form a parent/child referee team. If you’re interested or want to learn more, please send me an email. It keeps you in the game in a new way. And these little guys love to look up to older players.

JUNIOR REFEREES- Are you in Middle School and interested in becoming a referee? This is a perfect way to start!
PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER- Are you a Middle School student looking to jumpstart your career in sports media? Well if you are good with a camera, this one is for you! We need photographers and videographers who are interested in coming out to capture some content of our players in action.
JUNIOR STAFF - Help at the concession stand, welcome table, fields etc, on game days. Learn how the league runs and the tricks of the trade. Entreprenurial students encouraged!
JUNIOR TRAINERS/COACHES - Work along side our experienced coaches and prepare for future hired coaching postions.

Pair up with your friends and co-coach a team together! High School students can volunteer to coach and gain community service hours this Spring!
We have openings for 1st-8th grade team coaches. Who would be better than you to do it? Occasionally there are teams where no parents sign up. You will create a practice plan and playbook, instruct, and coach during practices and games throughout the season on Saturdays or Sundays either Bloomfield Hills or Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain future employment references as well as learning leadership skills. Even if you are a beginner, we will work with you to get the most out of the experience.
Requirements:
- Be a High School or College Student (If you do not meet these qualifications but are still intersted in coaching, email SNAPFlagFootball@gmail.com
- Be comfortable with children
- Be willing to learn the rules
- Be willing to coach a team

CO-COACH: Can't make the solo commitment? Share coaching responsibilities, and have a backup.
STUDENT COACH: You are a 7th-12th grade student who would like to pair up with a friend for community service credit.
ASSISTANT COACH: You can help but need another coach to take the lead.
TEAM COORDINATOR: Keep everyone informed... send email communications to the team.
SIDELINE MANAGER- You can handle getting the players ready to go in and manage playing time
