We're looking for someone who is honest, dependable, and committed to the mission who can step into the role of managing the league, the coaches, and the referees during the weekends in the Spring and Fall.

This is a part-time position for the season. This could be a great fit for someone with weekend availability or flexible position who is interested in taking on this role.

We are looking for a League Director who possesses the following qualities:

• Passionate about football and possesses a deep understanding of the game
• Skilled at defusing situations and maintaining a positive atmosphere

Responsibilities:

• Conduct referee and coach training and orientation for the season
• Schedule referees and trainers for league games and practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for coaches and referees
• Supervise and manage the league on weekends
• Step in as a coach or referee when needed and mitigate disputes
• Ability to create and adjust the season schedule

Are you enthusiastic and like working with little kids ages 2.5 – 4.5 year-olds? We are seeking trainers/instructors for the Bitty Blitzers and Little Snappers programs. We will train you and you will work with some of our other coaches. This is a PAID position and again, we can work with your referee schedule. Must be in 9^th grade to get paid. We are looking for new referees in-training. This is a paid position. We do the training, and you do the gaming. Referees must attend two unpaid pre-season training sessions. You can also form a parent/child referee team. If you’re interested or want to learn more, please send me an email. It keeps you in the game in a new way.
