At SNAPtivities, a great coach isn't defined by who has the most athletic roster—it’s the one who figures out how every single player can meaningfully contribute. You don't need to be an NFL strategist to step onto our field.
We look for the BUILDERS—coaches who respect and build up players by bringing out the best in them. If you lead with kindness, integrity, a healthy dose of enthusiasm, and an appreciation that setbacks are just a chance to learn invaluable life skills, we want you on our sidelines.
