Are you a middle schooler who loves the game and wants to stay involved? We love welcoming our younger players into leadership roles! This is a fantastic, supportive space to start learning the ropes of running a business, teaching players, and making a real difference in your community.
We offer three exciting paths for our junior leaders:
Junior Staff
Want to see how the magic happens behind the scenes?
Jump in and help run the concession stand, man the welcome table, or manage the fields on game days. You’ll learn exactly how the league runs and master the tricks of the trade. If you’ve got an entrepreneurial mindset and want to learn real business skills, we want you on our team!
Junior coach / trainer
Do you love strategic play-calling and teaching others?
Step onto the sidelines as a junior coach. You will work directly alongside our experienced parent and head coaches, learning how to motivate players, plan practices, and bring out the absolute best in a team.
Junior referee
Interested in wearing the stripes one day?
This is the perfect, safe way to start! You will be paired up on the field to work directly alongside an experienced referee who will train you in real-time. It’s a brilliant way to gain massive confidence, learn quick decision-making, and earn valuable practical work experience before you step into a full-fledged job.
